The only bright spot was the view of Khajrana Ganpati Temple, but the room service was terrible—no cold water, no kitchen, the AC was broken yet I still paid the full room rate, and there was no tea in the morning.

The first and most important thing is that the staff and management is very well trained and well prepared to handle any kind of situation. I like the way they work and the staff here are very professional in cleaning and service. Good hotel I will suggest everyone to visit this hotel, I had a Very nice stay. The most important thing is the hotel is not having a functional left so it may challenge senior citizens, and with that there is no in-house kitchen in the hotel right now so, if this 2 things start working then hotel can increase their income by this 2 factors

I arrived to find the place in a state that felt more like an Oyo than a hotel; the rooms were filthy, the bathrooms were dirty, and even the towels looked used. There were no toiletries, and the bed felt hard. We had to stay for four hours just to deal with the mess, and we didn’t even take a blanket because it was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, even for a day, especially if you’re in an emergency.
