“Una opción excelente para disfrutar en Monteverde”

First, kudos for the hospitality and information provided by the staff to enjoy the area and its parks—both at reception. Jocelyn, Diego, and Aaron handled us superbly over our two nights. Juana, Carla, and Blanca attended to us during breakfast: five kinds of fresh juices, fruit, gourmet coffee in several options, and a main dish chosen from five menus prepared on the spot. Our room was well equipped, brightly lit, facing reception, and stocked with excellent cosmetics. The common areas feature a glass‑roofed terrace and a small uncovered spot overlooking the valley and Pacific, making the evening walk back to the hotel pleasant or a great spot for morning breakfast; free coffee is available all day, plus teas and popcorn in the afternoon. Parking, included in the room rate, is about fifty meters from the hotel and quite convenient. The mattress in our room could be firmer, which is why we didn’t rate it as excellent for comfort.

I stayed in a great place right in the city center, and the rooms were spotless. Diego helped us out with all the tours, and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was tasty, and the lobby offered coffee, tea, water, and even popcorn in the afternoon. We felt very comfortable there.

“Epic accom, favourite of our month holiday”

Everything was awesome. Comfy bed, amazing staff who helped us with eveurthing. Very good breaky. Nothing. Oh the street was busy and noisy at night but most rooms werent as close as ours to the street
