The TV remote was broken and the room had a cigarette smell, plus the sinks were leaking—just a 3‑star experience, totally unacceptable!

The welcome, the vibe, the friendliness of everyone, and the cleanliness of the rooms were all spot‑on, with no complaints at all.

The hotel’s location was convenient and the parking was spacious, and the in‑room shower was decent. However, the building looked run‑down and dated, Wi‑Fi had to be set up at reception, there was only one outlet in the living‑sleeping area and another in the bathroom, the room wasn’t equipped for modern electronics, even the kettle was removed, the mattress was spring‑filled and noticeably bouncy, the breakfast was mediocre, and you always had to ask for refills.
