The staff were helpful and kind, and they kept our luggage for a long time without charging us, but the rooms were filthy and small, the dustbins weren’t cleaned, water leaked from the tap, one room’s geyser had no switch, an earthworm was found in a washroom, there were insufficient electrical outlets, and the bedroom linen was very dirty; after check‑out we weren’t allowed to use the washroom, which is against Indian law that allows guests to use hotel washrooms.
