I was really surprised by how uncooperative the staff were, which was a first for me. They gave me a room that was way below my expectations. The location of the hotel was also pretty far from the city center, which made it hard to get around. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The hotel itself was pretty basic, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the location was a bit of a letdown - it was a bit of a trek to get to the main attractions. Still, it was a decent place to stay for a short time.

I had a really good experience at this hotel, the room and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained. However, when I arrived, I was told that the complimentary breakfast wasn't available, which was a bit of a bummer. On the plus side, the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. Overall, it was a good experience despite the breakfast issue.
