The location is excellent and easy to reach. The staff were polite, decent, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. They were attentive, welcoming, and ensured everything was comfortable and well managed. All in all, a pleasant experience thanks to both the convenient location and the staff’s positive attitude.

The overall price was reasonable. Staff were cooperative. Proximity to public transport made commuting easy. On the downside, cleanliness could be improved; I’d suggest the staff use a room freshener before handing over the room. The bathroom could be slightly upgraded. The hotel could raise its nightly rate and invest a bit more to improve room conditions.

As a first-time traveler to India, I was expecting a warm welcome, but this hotel just didn't deliver. From the front desk staff taking my passport and giving me the stink-eye, to the bathrooms with no toilet paper and sketchy cleanliness, it was a letdown. And don't even get me started on the no-visitors policy that wasn't clearly stated - it just feels intrusive and hostile.
