There was no coffee option. There was no support for clothes or towels; the only towels provided were bath towels, no face towels, and there was no bath mat, so the bathroom floor and the room floor got wet when stepping out of the shower. Only one blanket was supplied, no towel for the other side.

The air conditioner worked. The shower was clogged and almost no water came out.

I liked the bed and the location. Many issues: 1. The ad advertised air conditioning, but it was broken (it should have cost more). 2. The parking gate was broken; I had to go down, open the gate, park the car, and then close it again. 3. They claim 24‑hour service, but the night receptionist was very rude, didn’t answer properly, and was very inattentive. 4. The room seemed to have been renovated, but it wasn’t cleaned properly. Horrible. 5. There were several vacant rooms, yet I saw the same receptionist scolding a simple couple, saying there were no rooms at night. 6. Overall I didn’t like 90 % of the stay. They had everything to make it right, but it all went wrong.

Well organized, good structure, everything was clean. They could be more careful with guests who want to have romantic adventures; the noise was disturbing. The place was supposed to be a hotel, not a motel, so respect could be higher. They also didn’t inform me that one of the rooms had three beds; I was forced to book and pay for two rooms and ended up not using one of them.

Terrible location, there’s a bar under the hotel, staff service was very bad, we had to climb a staircase with heavy luggage, the bedding and towels had a bad smell, cockroaches were in the room, the shower only sprayed water through a few holes. Honestly the hotel looked more like an old motel of poor quality. I was very disappointed with everything. I didn’t think of taking photos, so I can’t show them. I do not recommend it at all.
