Being close to Universal Studios and right next to the train station meant plenty of food spots and a few shops nearby. The beds were mattresses on the floor, so getting in and out was a bit hard, especially with my bad knee, but fortunately we only slept in them.

The location was excellent, very close to Universal Studios, and the room was huge, allowing for a good rest. The soundproofing was slightly lacking, as I could hear footsteps.

I could see the park, it was close to the park, and there were hot springs, which was great. The mattress was a futon, making it inconvenient to sit up; it would have been helpful if they had a proper bed.

It’s close to Universal, and I liked using the ReFa. The check‑in was listed as available from 15:00, but when I told the counter at 15:00 they said, “That’s a bit early…”
