The location, overall vibe, the relatively new setup, the welcome, the breakfast, and the value for money are all positives, but the room is really very small.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes on foot to tube stations, trains, and buses, making transfers a breeze. The rooms are tiny yet tidy and clean; they were fine for me and my son, but might be inconvenient for older guests. The bed was ultra‑comfortable, breakfast offered a variety that suited everyone, and the staff were very helpful. Overall, a very nice stay.

The staff were available and attentive, and I couldn't say more—traveling solo, the room was comfortable and I could stash my luggage under the bed. The space is well optimized! I appreciated everything.
