Nothing much to say, but being next to funeral parlours and the ghost festival made it a bit unsettling.

The cafe on level M is reachable via the lift, and the staff let me keep my car parked until late afternoon after checkout, which helped when my meeting ran late. However, the Tanda hotel is hard to see at night.
