I never saw the staff, but my requests were answered and fulfilled as best as possible. The room was visually appealing and decorated, spotless, and located right in the city centre with short walks to the places that mattered to me. Because of the location and the adjacent restaurant, it was loud with the windows open (earplugs were provided), and smoke from diners drifted into the room when the windows were open.

Great location, friendly owner, excellent value for the price! The bed is a bit small for anyone over 1.80 m, but otherwise everything was great! :)

Everything was very tidy, and the host was always immediately reachable and very accommodating.

There’s no complimentary water, but there are tea bags, a coffee pot, and a fridge, so the facilities are very satisfying for the price and the bed is comfortable. The area has plenty to see, and it’s about a 10‑minute walk to Autostadt, so the location is great. I noted some noise issues, but the host seemed aware and even provided earplugs, which helped cover the downside.
