“Budget Hotel so keep your expectations accordingly”
The elderly couple was very helpful to me, and I’ll stay there again whenever I return to Ho Chi Minh City. The price for the value and the location could use improvement.

The room had everything I needed, and at this price point you really can’t find anything better. Some neighborhood noise at night was noticeable, though I understand that’s outside the hotel’s control.

The service from Vi and her husband, who own and run the hotel, was great. I fell in the bathroom at 5 am and couldn’t get up; her husband picked me up later and sent me to a doctor who gave me a prescription. Vi, who speaks English, brought the medication to my room. The hotel is very close to all restaurants and a 7‑Eleven store, making the location excellent. The rainy season can be a bit wet.

The room was very clean. It’s a bit small for a couple but works fine for solo travelers.
