The location is excellent, the room is very comfortable and cool, and the service is good.

The hotel is very quiet, located at the end of a dead end, and there’s a good bus link to the city center.

The property is clean and pleasant but basic, and the area is safe. Ale and the assistants were very helpful and friendly, and the two ladies who served breakfast were efficient and courteous. The surroundings are lush with plenty of trees and vegetation, which unfortunately attracts mosquitoes.

Alejandra was very friendly and answered all our questions; everything was fine. The only downside is that it’s far from Antigua Guatemala.
