Rephala welcomed us with a smile and a generous heart, making sure we were settled happily; Ariana was always smiling and gave great travel tips, and the whole staff—professional and lovely—gave us a truly family‑like and pleasant vibe. The hotel is high‑quality, very clean, a good experience, and fun to explore the area. Everything was wonderful.

The spot is gorgeous, the view from the rooms is marvelous. The staff offer exquisite hospitality at reception, in the dining area (restaurant/ breakfast), and to the service personnel on the ground and outdoors—everyone is professional, courteous, and ready to meet any request or need. The room and bathroom are spacious, equipped with everything (tea/coffee kettles, slippers, pool towels, mini‑fridge). Cleanliness is impeccable. Breakfast is generous, with a good selection of savory and sweet items, featuring fresh local seasonal products. The restaurant is excellent, with dishes made with passion and taste. All outdoor areas (pool, gardens, terraces, parking, etc.) are kept beautifully, orderly and clean everywhere; the parking is large and close to the rooms for easy luggage handling. The only things that could improve: the entrance slope to the parking has an initial 20 m uneven section that tests the tires; the bathroom tap is a bit dated and suffers from limescale; a few more hooks in the bathroom would be handy.
