The old farmhouse is tastefully decorated, though a bit cramped because the suite with a kitchenette had only a sofa and a very low table for seating; it was early October and, despite the nice weather, it was cold at night, so the old walls felt chilly in the morning—heating would have helped.

A very nice country‑style guesthouse. The outdoor areas are very pretty and the restaurant is very nice. Unfortunately, I could only enjoy breakfast in the restaurant because the restaurant itself was closed on the day of my stay. From my point of view there’s nothing to improve.

I had a room that was basically a small house with a living‑room kitchen and a bedroom; it’s best for longer stays, but one night didn’t really need it. In the bathroom you had to shower in the tub without a screen or curtain, so clothes and everything could get wet. I came on a rest day before the restaurant, and luckily I could eat at a nearby sports centre. If the hotel doesn’t serve food, it’s hard to find anything close by. Breakfast is served, not a buffet.

“Voir Wiesbaden autrement”

We’re always pampered at Landhaus Diedert; the breakfast is generous and this time we even enjoyed the “shrimp festival” dinner, but the white gravel in the courtyard is dazzling under the hot sun and bright light.
