The place was quirky and the breakfast was great, with friendly staff. However, the shower hose and head were dirty and mold appeared around the extractor, and the bed was very uncomfortable; it was not luxurious.

The location could not be better, and the old property was charming; the breakfast was delicious. I didn’t like the very thin walls—I woke up as soon as the first guests were up around 6:30 am, so if you’re a light sleeper who dislikes early wake‑ups, avoid this B&B. My room had carpet in the bathroom, which I personally am not a fan of.

The owners were lovely and accommodating; my partner and I stayed for our anniversary and they made the stay special. The breakfast was amazing, especially the poached eggs and smoked salmon—highly recommended.
