The location is great – close to the Westend university campus, which is hard to find otherwise. No complaints.

The room was on the top floor with a broken elevator, and I reported it but got no response. The cleaning was poor, but the spot was near the city center.

Check in, no person available face to face. Sent incorrect info. I had to ask a fellow guest for help. TV not working properly. Shower temperature more cold than lukewarm. A fellow guest had an equally bad experience. should kick them off their platform.s. See what did you like
