The place feels like a dream; the cabins are gorgeous, the pool is amazing, and the overall setting is breathtaking. Both Sergio and the rest of the staff are very friendly and pleasant. The dinner is a must‑try, it was absolutely delicious. I hope to return soon.

We loved the pool and its unique panoramic views of the landscape. Breakfast was wonderful and made us feel the Valley 100 %. Chef Will was very close and attentive to us. The only downside was that contacting the accommodation was hard and staff weren’t always available to help.

Sergio’s service is phenomenal and the facilities are very pretty; the pool is impressive. The rooms are open (which I liked) and the mosquito net is very small.

The location and the hotel’s construction on the side of a hill, the view from the pool, and the open kitchen where you can talk to the chef were all positives. The room wasn’t ready until 15:00, it was a bit too close to the road – we could hear traffic in the morning even though we were in the middle of the jungle. The poolside equipment is still a bit simple (lounger without cushion), but it’s improving in the coming years.
