I booked four rooms, but only two were acceptable; the others were in a different building, looked awful, and smelled like mold.

We arrived at the front desk and found nobody there; we had to wait a long time before sending a message through the booking app, because calling was impossible. The room had a broken old television that only showed Romanian channels and nothing else. The shower enclosure leaked water, so when I used the lower tap (the upper one wasn’t connected) the whole room flooded. Don’t book rooms for the balcony – ours was full of pigeons, making it very dirty, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

The linens were clean and the furniture looked nice. There was a moldy smell coming from the bathroom, and maintenance work was happening in the hallway.
