The place is well situated near the metro stop and surrounded by various services; despite the busy street, the room stays quiet. The owner is always available and friendly, the property is clean, check‑in is simple and fast, and having a bathroom in the room is ideal.

The location is great, close to the metro station and at the start of the tourist trail, and prices at nearby restaurants are already lower. The room 1 is terribly furnished, with no space to lay luggage and an irritating repetitive sound every 30‑60 minutes like a ticking alarm; the blinds need to be replaced with two separate ones because the installed one is broken.
