The new, clean rooms are outside the town, giving plenty of space and parking; the sunny terrace is great, and there’s an on‑site restaurant (closed on Mondays) with charging spots for e‑cars nearby (Tesla Supercharger, etc.). Breakfast costs 5 € and is good, though just simple Italian fare. Noise is a major issue—both from inside (the restaurant, poor isolation from other guest rooms) and outside (scooters all night, farm activity in the morning). My room was huge, but aside from five beds, one wardrobe, and a small table, there was nothing else. All the beds are single, so for someone not used to that, they felt quite narrow. The staff are friendly but barely speak English, and Wi‑Fi is weak, especially when the restaurant is full.
