Terminal-A Hotel

I arrived around 1 a.m. after crossing the border and clearing customs, exhausted. The booking was confirmed immediately, yet the check‑in process turned out to be complicated and prolonged. The guard handling check‑in was poorly oriented with Booking, taking a long time to figure out what needed to be done. I ended up contacting the administrator in the middle of the night. I want to thank the administrator separately! Despite the late hour, she responded promptly, helped sort out the booking, and explained to the guard what to do. That was definitely one of the most pleasant moments of my stay. Regarding the room, unfortunately, there are several issues. It’s quite large in area, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Cleaning definitely needs more attention. The bedding, towels, and bathroom were clean. The room had the necessary hygiene supplies, and the air‑conditioner worked properly. Overall, the apartments have potential, but more focus on cleanliness, room condition, and check‑in organization is needed. Special thanks to the administrator for her responsiveness, attentiveness, and help, especially given our late arrival. A separate drawback is the planning. One room has no windows at all, and the other, fairly spacious, has only one attic window. It’s hard to call that space comfortable. Also, the room lacks even a small fridge.

Clean, quiet, spacious (the room is double‑storey), parking nearby. The hotel barely lit up in the evening (it was already dark when we checked in).

ничего. Ужасное расположение. Навигатор и гугл карта не могли найти дорогу к отелю. Пришлось звонить в отель, чтобы подсказали, как до него добраться. Мы запрашивали одноуровневый номер на первом этаже с двумя раздельными кроватями. Но нам сначала предоставили двух уровневый номер с лестницей, и только после нашего возмущения дали другой номер, но с одной общей кроватью. Выпросить второе одеяло было проблематично и долго. На рецепшене дежурил пожилой мужчина, наверное сторож, поэтому он все время звонил кому-то и консультировался. На первом этаже находится большой ресторан (открытая территория) , номерной фонд на втором этаже и это также нужно учитывать, так как во-первых вам придется подниматься с багажом на второй этаж и во-вторых, звукоизоляции в ресторане и в номере нет. Когда мы заселялись, в ресторане был какой-то детский праздник, соответственно музыка, микрофон ведущей, анимация и так далее. Поэтому если вы устали с дороги и хотите отдохнуть, вам это не удастся. То, что касается еды,- в ресторане выбор блюд небольшой, но то, что мы заказали, было вкусно, особенно борщ. Учитавайте также тот факт, что завтрак в отеле с 9.00. И если вым нужно выезжать раньше, то даже чашечку кофе вы не выпьете. В номере нет чайника и чайных принадлежностей. Воды гарячей в душе тоже не было. Второй раз в этом отеле я бы ни за что не остановилась

The location is great, on the outskirts of Lviv. The rooms are large, spacious and nice. The only downside is the two‑floor layout, although the ladder is wide and convenient.

We came back a second time, and the kids really liked the room. The water was warm, not hot, so we couldn’t warm up. The worst part was how poorly the room was cleaned – a dirty glass with juice or tea residue sat in the sofa side table, and none of the glasses were washed, showing coffee stains from previous guests. The kids also found dirty napkins in the wardrobe. We were very disappointed after this visit.
