“Very bad”

Very dirty, like a prostitution room with a filthy bedsheet; I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The room itself was the problem.

“Fake listing, not recommended”

Nothing likeable. We reserved this stay through Google and went there to check in, we specifically chose this website since the rate shown here was good comparatively on other sites, during checkin the staff at reception rejected us saying we don't accept online reservations and they denied the room, we even asked then why list the stay online active? They're saying we closed long back and not getting updated in this website(i am sure they didn't deactivate the listing) because they told that room we booked is available but the cost is 200% of what online price showed, if want take it or leave it, so we rejected and got budget friendly stay nearby, they didn't deny room was unavailable the specific room we booked was available but couldn't get because of low price, we Even told we were just there will be for couple of hours to freshen up and leave since we had a long journey, they didn't listen also, not good communications as well

Though I got the booking confirmation , they denied to alloting the room, saying that all rooms are occupied, and no room is available. I reached Tambaram at 7 am and waited till 12 noon for the room. When I reached there they told me no room is available. This caused lot of inconvenience financially and mentally. Now the question arises that, the room allotted is valid or not. Now it is for to act. The behaviour of the property owners to refuse the room allotting Even after a valid room booking
