A good sized room with a small balcony, within walking distance to Centrale station. A small common area with coffee and basic cutlery was useful. The cupboard system for storing luggage before and after check‑out was very convenient. The shower cabinet and toilet could have been cleaner. The lift is very small, so carrying larger bags can be an issue.

The hosts were incredibly attentive and handed us a handy booklet of their recommendations, which proved useful. Everything else was great, though the shower pressure could have been a touch stronger—just a personal preference.

The property is beautiful, clean, and modern, with friendly and helpful staff, and the location is good.

The room was nice and brand‑new, and Francesco was a wonderful host, but we completely disagreed with the owners. The entrance felt scary, the location was full of yanks, and during our five‑day stay the sheets and towels were never changed, the room was left dirty, and no cleaning was done—definitely not recommended for anyone.
