The continental breakfast was prepared and stored by the owner in a fridge. The hotplates were non‑functional—either the power was cut or they were broken. The rooms weren’t sound‑proof, and the neighboring triple room was occupied by people whose noise disturbed the single room I was in.

The day before, a plate with sausage and cheese was put in each room’s fridge, but there wasn’t enough bread, milk, or yogurt. Also, it’s impossible for all guests to fit in the kitchen at once. There isn’t enough dishware, so guests have to wash it themselves, which makes the kitchen look messy. The house is being renovated and will probably become a small gem eventually, but that takes time. For 12 guests there are only two bathrooms to share, which is a bit tight when fully booked. The rooms have no seating options, and the kitchen area has only one table.
