Being close to the beach and enjoying amazing food were the highlights of my stay.

“Fantastic resort for families!”

The facilities for families were awesome, the food was great, the staff were incredible, the ambience was relaxing, and the location was excellent—nothing to dislike!

The Naya Bar and its staff were a positive, but the room had roaches, the floors were unclean, and the hotel felt very archaic; everything from receipts to deposits to check‑in/check‑out was done manually, indicating a need for a property management system, and the area outside the resort is unsafe for tourists.

“It was alright other than things mentioned”

The view was nice and getting around the property was easy thanks to the transport options. The place was well maintained. On the last night I got bitten by bugs—about 20 bites that still itch badly even after using creams that should have helped. The water pots and pond were full of mosquito larvae, and the doors didn’t seal properly, letting bugs and critters in. I’m not sure what bit me, but the itching persists. The check‑in took a long time, involved wristbands, and I was told no personal alcohol was allowed on the property. A few of the water activities were closed.

I absolutely loved the villa and can’t wait to book again, maybe try the newer units next time. The staff were fantastic, and everything else was great—no complaints.
