A comfortable and welcoming place; everything was fine.

The property was wonderful, with a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. It’s close to the water, local shops, and bars. The staff did everything possible to make us feel welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was gorgeous.

The room was recently refurbished, the bathroom is good, and the staff and breakfast are very nice. The only issue is there’s no air conditioning, so the front room gets hot.

Our room was small and compact, but it was perfect for a couple who just needed a cozy spot to crash at night. It’s really close to Yarmouth Bus Station, making getting around super easy, and there were plenty of dining and drinking options nearby, so we never had to go far for food or a pint.
