The location was decent and close to the sports center. The front desk check‑in was unprofessional, taking a long time, and the hotel management seemed careless. The marble in the bathroom looked like a cheap imitation, tarnishing the Sheraton brand.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice already. The property is wonderful, the rooms are huge and clean. Time does start to feel a bit slow, but maintenance is constant. The breakfast is fantastic, I absolutely recommend it. The staff are very helpful. I would improve communication about the services offered by the hotel.
