The location was great, and a newspaper was always placed at the door each morning. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was fantastic and varied, and the terrace and pool were amazing. However, there are much better hotels for the same price, so don't settle for this one. Even though it’s marketed as a 4‑star, it looked tired, old, and dirty, more like a 3‑star. I had to call attention to the poor housekeeping: under the bed I found dust that had been there for weeks, along with tissues and plastic. The hallways were always dirty, with footprints on the carpet from construction work, and the breakfast buffet staff wore good uniforms but had poor personal hygiene and smelled bad.

The breakfast was very good, with non‑spicy options available, the pool was large, the beds were comfortable, and overall the hotel was enjoyable. The check‑out and check‑in times were long.

“Have stayed here twice now and would return. A good hotel, reasonably priced and centrally located.”

The staff were very friendly and gave me a room with a view. Supplies such as bottled water, tea/coffee, and towels were restocked daily. Two bananas and a bunch of grapes were left when I arrived, and a daily English newspaper was pushed under the door each morning. I did need an extension cord for my CPAP machine because there was no power strip at the bedhead, and when the lights were turned off the power to the desk wall plug also went out, so my hearing aids couldn’t charge overnight and I had to sleep with the lights on.
