The beds were too small.

“Disappointed”

The location was good and the front office staff were helpful, but the doors were hard to operate and our key had to be re‑programmed twice. Other staff were rude and knocked on our door an hour before checkout, asking if we were leaving; our key was disabled at 10 am on the day of checkout, an hour early. The room smelled foul from the moment we checked in, and guests above us were noisy all night throughout our stay.

“Like the location where I had to be, but did not really like the hotel”

It was close to the spot I needed to be at. The building looked a bit old, and when they first told me breakfast was included, it turned out it wasn’t.

“Staff was great, hotel left a lot to be desired.”

People were doing drugs in the parking lot and outside the lobby, and the room had a horrible smell.

“Be more clear what double means”

When I booked, the description said “double,” and in my understanding that means two beds, but the room only had one bed.
