This hotel is a total scam - they take your booking, then cancel it and try to contact you on some random mobile number that's not even linked to the hotel. When you try to get a refund, they only give you a paltry £5 and don't help you out at all. It's pretty shady stuff.

We made the three-hour journey to this hotel, only to find a sign on the door saying it was closed down. We didn't have the funds to pay for another place to stay, so we had to travel all the way back home on the same day. What a complete waste of time.

Honestly, the area around this hotel is pretty rough - it's full of homeless people. Not exactly the most pleasant place to be.

When we arrived, there was no one at reception. We texted the owner and he told us our booking had been cancelled - despite us having paid in advance. Now we're trying to claim it back through insurance. It's a right dodgy operation - don't bother with this place.
