“Demande de remboursement !”
I booked on 21/07/2025 (reservation number 6472557483) a room called “Rodinná atmosféra” at Jahodna 92523 JELKA Slovakia for two nights on 09 and 10/08/2025. When we arrived on Jahodna street we realized there was no street number listed, so we searched for 30 minutes, asked neighbors, and finally called the phone number on the booking. The woman who answered said, “I don’t rent any rooms, that’s a mistake.” I sent several messages but received no reply, so we had to find another place to sleep. I request a refund for this reservation. Thank you for your understanding. The frustration of having to search for the property for 30 minutes and not finding it is unacceptable.
