“gut mit handicaps”
I was impressed by the variety of food options, although it took a while to find alternatives because eggs were only in another dining hall. When the waiter asked what I wanted for dinner and nothing came, it was frustrating; it would have been better to let us know in advance. It was disappointing that the day before departure we were told we could dine with our service dog in the restaurant, but earlier we had to eat on the terrace or hallway. With ten floors, the elevators are insufficient – the first one often fails, and when the remaining ones rush past lower levels, we sometimes have to wait for three cycles to board. The stops for passengers are pointless, and the waiting situation is unacceptable for people with mobility issues.
