Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was lovely, the views beautiful, the food excellent, and Claire was extremely welcoming, putting both me and my son at ease. We didn’t dislike anything.

The breakfast offered a wide array of options and was truly excellent, with service arriving promptly; the garden view overlooking the fields was lovely. The only drawback was that the bedroom door lacked a lock, though this didn’t really affect the overall experience.

“fantastic welcome given, tranquil and comfortable. perfect for a weekend stay.”

The English breakfast was top‑quality and the host was always ready to provide extra dishes; the only downside was the absence of TV connectivity, which might have been a consequence of the warm weather.
