The room is huge and worth the price, the view is nice, the bathroom is fine, everything else is fine. I just wish there were more ADA keys.

I stayed from 6th to 10th August and was let down by the AC that never cooled the room; I left it on for hours and it stayed hot. When I reported it, someone checked it twice and said it was fine, but the fan that was supplied didn’t work and had to be swapped out. A fan can’t replace proper AC, especially when you pay for a room with AC. I asked for a room change, but they told me I’d have to pay an extra cleaning fee even though I already paid that when booking. I don’t think guests should be charged more for a maintenance problem. Even worse, the staff who came mentioned other rooms were available, but their ACs were even worse. I have video proof of the issue. The management insists the AC was “functioning normally,” but for a guest it matters if the room is actually cool. The way this was handled left me very disappointed. I paid for a stay with basic facilities that should have worked properly. I won’t recommend this place unless the management fixes maintenance and how they deal with complaints.
