The room was spacious and the amenities were plenty, which was great. Most importantly, there were two toilets and two shower rooms, so it was a relief for a larger group. The downside was that there was no room key; the check‑in URL was sent the day before, but the entrance code wasn’t revealed until after checking in at the lobby tablet on the day of arrival. Even though we had checked in, the number was shown as * on the tablet, and when we asked the staff on the tablet, it was hard to get a response, so it took a while to get into the room.
“位置距離地鐵稍遠,若拖著行李會有點困擾。check in需要本人親自與線上服務人員視訊通話,入住時需填寫所有入住者的詳細資料(台灣地址)稍微麻煩。”
住宿空間很大,適合整理行李。. 晚上吹風機居然只有冷風吹到快感冒且投影機的喇叭會破音。
“チエックインが少し面倒”
The room was clean, and because it was hot, the AC worked well when I entered. The bathroom and the small washroom were both tidy, and I was surprised to find a mattress and futon under the tatami. My grandson, who is a junior high student, was thrilled with the theater. The amenities seemed better than those at other hotels and were neatly arranged. On the downside, the check‑in instructions arrived by email the day before, so I was uneasy that my stay wasn’t confirmed yet. It would help if the email said something like “we’ll send it the day before.” Even though it’s probably for safety, having to enter the guest’s name, address, age, and phone number was a hassle. When the room code was given incorrectly, I had to go down to the first floor and talk to staff over a video call; the staff member was foreign, so I couldn’t understand her at first, and after a while a Japanese staff member finally gave me a different code that opened the room. I felt a bit disappointed at that moment, wondering if I’d made a mistake choosing this hotel, but the room itself was fine and I’m satisfied.
The location was good and it was clean. There were two toilets and two shower rooms, which was convenient.
“Problem with the check-in procedures”
The room was spacious and clean. The check‑in process was overly complicated. After communicating online with the staff, the gate entry code and the room password were not provided. It took more than half an hour to get into the lift and up to my room.
