The room was very clean and cozily furnished. The roof terrace was breathtaking thanks to its view and design, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the shower in the room was poorly designed – the entire floor flooded when you showered because there was no door or curtain. Also, the stool under the desk wasn’t very hygienic.

We stayed on the 6th floor and the suite had everything we needed and more, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The front‑desk lady went out of her way to understand us, and everything was perfect! Breakfast was great on the terrace with beautiful views, and honestly it surpassed our expectations. The location was a bit far from the old town, but very close to Plaza España and the fountain; there are only a couple of blocks uphill, but everything is walkable.

The terrace was scorching; having breakfast there was nearly impossible in that heat. The whole building felt overheated, and water even leaked from the shower onto the outside of the bathroom.
