The staff are friendly, giving a very good first impression of the hotel! There’s an underground parking lot, which is convenient (the lane is a bit narrow, so watch out). The bathroom water pressure is high and the hot water is hot enough; the bidet toilet is excellent. The room is comfortable and sleeps well; it’s very quiet at night. There’s a fridge in the room to temporarily store drinks or food you bring back. Breakfast is tasty, with many options, and there’s a water dispenser on the first floor that can be refilled. The sound insulation is poor, so in the morning you’re easily woken by other guests’ conversations in the corridor, and during the day you can hear aircraft. Those who are light sleepers should bring earplugs.

The restaurant and front desk staff were reassuringly responsive, but the wardrobe still had used toilet paper left by a previous guest, and the room could have been cleaner.
