The food was generous and the chef did a great job with the meat cuts, the little dogs and cats were adorable, and the room was clean; however, Glamping 313 offered no view at all, contrary to the photos and online description, there was no water in the pool showers, and the customer service was slow even over WhatsApp, with staff glued to their phones and never suggesting extra services or local products like the coffee that sat on the counter but was never offered.

The good service and food were appreciated, but honestly I liked everything.

It was too expensive; if I had booked directly it would have been much cheaper. The lack of information made it hard to choose options. I paid 772.000, while the neighboring room with the same conditions cost 230.
