The apartment was fully equipped, spotless, and smelled nice; host André was super attentive and polite, with daily cleaning. The location in Ponta Negra was great, close to everything, and offered a privileged view of Morro do Careca. My family and I loved the stay in every way ❤️ It was simply wonderful, and we’ll come back again.

The location, cleanliness, and service were good, but the TV was hard to get anything on, and some information was unclear.

The room was comfy and the whole place felt brand‑new. The staff were organized and the cleaning was spot on most days, though a few nights slipped. The only hiccup was the breakfast payment process – it took ages to pay at the same time you were supposed to eat, and then you had to wait for the actual meal.

The location is solid, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired – no soap, no shampoo, and the shower never had hot water. On top of that, there was no room service to help out.
