Breakfast was great, but housekeeping didn’t answer the phone when I asked for water bottles in the room; they finally delivered them after breakfast while I was preparing to leave.

I think the hotel was decent when looking at the overall cost, but it felt overpriced for the facilities it offered.

The location was good and the rainfall shower was nice, plus a few staff members were friendly, yet the overall cleanliness and hygiene disappointed us. Our first room wasn’t cleaned properly, and even though the second was a bit better, we still saw bugs and heard scratching from the AC at night. The bathroom layout made the whole area wet and slippery when showering, and the toilet and floor didn’t feel fully clean. The shower water was only lukewarm in the evenings (hot in the morning). The staff did give us a second room after we complained, but at breakfast the food tasted good while the buffet area’s hygiene could be improved—food was left uncovered, and both staff and guests were coughing and sneezing nearby without masks or gloves, which felt uncomfortable. Noise was a major issue; the walls were thin and we were often disturbed late at night by music and children running and shouting in the corridors, so we didn’t sleep well on any night. Some bedding and towels also felt damp, which didn’t feel very fresh. We also had trouble getting a table at breakfast on some mornings, and parking spaces were limited. Given the original price for 7 nights, the overall value for money was not where it should be.

The location was fine, but the property was very basic. The price versus the property was disgusting, and it wasn’t worth more than 2k for that kind of place.

There were no positives. The receptionist was a cheater, and the kitchen and dining staff behaved like goondas—my worst stay.
