Overall, I was very satisfied on site, but the rooms were quite small and offered little drying space, which I already knew beforehand. It is almost impossible to reach them by phone; talking to a person was not possible, only listening to long information that becomes annoying when you have specific questions.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Even during the peak season we felt like welcome guests. The room lacked a cupboard, but had open storage areas instead.

The location is fantastic, with a great play area and a kids’ gym, and the public spaces inside and around the hotel are spacious and pleasant; the upper lounge even makes it easy to strike up new conversations, and families with children really benefit from the freedom it gives them. The downside is that a room for four people wearing winter gear feels cramped and overpriced, leaving almost no room to put things down or move around, and the dinner wasn’t particularly impressive.
