The price was good, but the room was taken from an apartment where someone lives, so it was not very private.

Working in two bed and breakfasts, I have a critical eye but also empathy for minor issues; everything exceeded my expectations with exceptional empathy, courtesy, customer attention, kindness, cleanliness, bed comfort, and extra services. I felt pampered even while doing everything myself, it was wonderful, I was sad to leave after only a short time, but I will contact the owner again for my next stay 🥰. No problems.

The room was very clean, well organized, functional, and even had a breakfast area in the beautiful garden or terrace. The owner was very helpful, and the location was outstanding—already a “heart of a place.” Nothing to add.

Barbara was a welcoming, available, and very kind host. The room had all comforts, a spacious bathroom, and a delightful garden. The price was excellent, and the location was strategic, close to the center and the train station. I will definitely return if I pass through Sarzana.
