The location was fine, but when my family arrived the front‑desk lady said the two rooms we’d booked were gone. I showed her the confirmation number, but she said it didn’t matter because she had “given” our rooms away. We ended up driving to another city to find a room.

Nothing good—there was a man in the lobby cleaning his toenails on the couch, and the woman checking us in was rude. The room was moldy everywhere: curtains, bathtub, floors were nasty, the smell was awful, and there was no TV remote.

The lady at check‑in was wonderful, very nice and friendly. The location was good, just off the road with food and gas nearby. The building felt old and rundown, needing a deep clean. Walking in, dust and mold were on the air vent next to the desk. The room’s AC had mold, the metal lock on the door was broken, the shower was old and funky, and the whole place smelled wet and damp—definitely needs a remodel.

Justin at the service desk was the highlight of my stay—super helpful and upbeat, a breath of fresh air for a place like this. Thanks to the staff for making it amazing! Nothing else bothered me.
