The beds were comfortable, but overall nothing else surprised us. First, the photos of the “food” area actually show a restaurant next door where breakfast is served, not the hotel itself. During the night the elevator failed several times, and my father had commuting issues, making it a nightmare for him to reach the second floor. The air‑conditioner also broke during our stay and we had to call someone to fix it. The lobby of the hotel does not match the photos.

The room was spacious and clean, close to everything. The equipment was outdated, breakfast was not varied, and the hallway was noisy.

The elevator was broken, and we requested that it be fixed because the elderly person could not climb the stairs to the fourth floor.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the balcony was huge, and the continental breakfast was great. The room lacked cups, glasses, and a water boiler.
