The restaurant food was very tasty, fast and friendly service, and the breakfast was the best we had in Georgia. However, the room was dirty—spider webs in the bathroom, mold, and a very dusty light fixture over the mirror. The housekeeping was the main issue, especially when a maid entered our room while we were inside, knocked for a few seconds, and opened it with her key, which is unacceptable. She claimed she wanted to check if we had robes, showing a lack of training. Also, the guy at the pool didn’t greet or explain anything; we had to ask everything ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay at Ambassadori Kachreti. The property is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. What made our stay truly special was that it was my birthday. We had originally booked a different room, but as a birthday surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a much larger and more luxurious King room at no additional cost. This was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, and we truly appreciated it. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable!. Honestly, there was nothing we disliked. Everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s comfortable, well maintained, and offers plenty of activities. Our room was a good size, clean, and nicely kept, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool—a nice bonus. There are many activities around the hotel, so there’s something for everyone. We enjoyed the indoor pool and tried the shooting range, which was fun. You won’t get bored here. The only downside was how room‑service charges were handled: we ordered food from the restaurant to our room twice, and each time we had to pay immediately at the door. It would be more convenient to charge it to the room and pay at reception upon checkout. I also disliked the additional 4.49 GEL room‑service fee per delivery; while I understand a service charge, it feels better to include it in the menu prices or make it less noticeable. As a guest, seeing an extra delivery charge on the bill feels more like ordering from an outside delivery service. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel and its facilities.

уникальное место, отдых для души и тела, великолепные разнообразные завтраки, уборка номеров на высоте, замена полотенец и белья каждодневно, спа с теплым бассейном и сауной, процедуры, два чудесных бассейна, конюшни, огромная зелёная территория ухоженная для прогулок. получили апгрейдить - спасибо!. понравилось всё, но хотелось бы вечером больше интеракции , есть сцена почему бы не устраивать вечера национальные? было бы супер! работники бассейна больше занимались собой- играли в бильярд , курили , отдыхали и не подумали помочь с лежаками и зонтиком. для отеля 5 звезд странно
