The Inn at Ravenglass

The room is large, quiet, and peaceful with a lovely view of the estuary, yet the entrance could use some improvement.

I stayed in the room above The Inn, which is part of the Pennington Hotel. I dined at the hotel, savoring an excellent dinner and even eggs royale for breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room offered a view over the estuary where I watched a heron waiting for food, and I took two photos from my bedroom window. However, accessing my room required climbing steep stone stairs outside The Inn; while the rain kept the path dry, the short walk to the hotel could be hazardous if it were wet.

I appreciate that everything was a 5 minute walk away and the views were beautiful; nothing else to mention.
