The view was stunning and the rooms were clean, but the staff barely spoke English, there were no active activity offerings, and the location right next to a busy road caused noise disturbances.

The owner was lovely and did everything she could to make my stay comfortable, though the overall cleanliness was good; a little more tidying would have made it perfect.

“Traumhaft”

One of the most impressive accommodations on Flores, it really had to be experienced; I extended my stay because I felt so good there, thank you 🙏 ❣️. The only downside was that I had to leave 🥲.

“Très décevant par cet établissement vieillissant!”

The view, the dinner restaurant food, and the mangoes and pineapples at breakfast were great, and the manager was very friendly and spoke good English. The bungalow was very old, poorly maintained, and even dirty, especially the bathroom (one morning it rained heavily and the bathroom flooded with dirty rainwater that seeped through the roof). The staff, not very smiling (for the first time on our trip), cleaned the room only once during our three nights, even though we were the only guests. The exteriors were also very run‑down: the alley tiles were cracked, and the pier was partially collapsed. There was no scooter rental; we had to walk 25 minutes to Léna House for that and to organize a snorkeling day (which we recommend because it’s amazing). A water fountain was available in the room, plugged in but not working because there was no fresh water; also beware of metal water bottles, they caused small electric shocks to the fingers. Overall, the value for money was very poor.
