The room was lovely, well‑equipped and comfy. The only downside was the AC – it worked but we had no remote. We asked the host for one, but never got it. That was the only complaint; otherwise everything was fine and Roberto was very friendly, giving us plenty of useful links and addresses for our stay.
We liked the location, it was very convenient. The apartment was cozy and comfortable. Communication was poor. We asked for the information to be sent to another Gmail address as well, but it was not sent. Upon arrival, we were unable to access the property, and the agent did not answer calls or respond to messages for about 40 minutes. When we finally reached him, his attitude was unpleasant and unprofessional. After informing him that the shower gel and shampoo had not been replenished, he replied in Italian, even though he had previously communicated in English. He then started accusing us of locking the kitchen door, despite not knowing who had done it, as other guests had been staying in the apartment before us. In fact, we were not even at the apartment at the time and had not locked the door.Additionally, the bathroom sink tap was leaking throughout our stay

Overall, everything was good, and we spent half a day there. The only inconvenience was that there were renovation works going on, and we had to leave the apartment

The location was spot‑on for the event I had to attend. The wardrobe was only half‑accessible, but still spacious and comfortable. There was an extra sofa‑bed and enough space for my camping cot. The shower was half‑broken; only the shower head worked, and the flexible hoses for both the shower head and the handheld sprayer were damaged, leaking everywhere and dropping pressure. Replacing them would have cost about 10€ and would have greatly improved comfort. The mini electric heater only lets one person shower with hot water at a time. The kitchen is nice, large, and shared with other guests of the apartment, but it isn’t clear what is available (utensils, coffee, food, water). The cleanliness of the dishes and cutlery left a bit to be desired. Finally, access to the room is awkward: there is only one key for all guests, kept in a drawer outside the apartment (on the landing), and to get into the building you must always ring the bell, which doesn’t always open the gate. It would be better if each guest had a set of keys to enter the building and apartment at any time.

It was really family friendly. Nice accommodation. Calm place and really clean. I cannot tell anything negative about it, honestly.
