We visited yesterday and found the hotel in a terrible location; it’s a very bad place, nothing like the pictures, and all the online reviews seem fake. We checked out after just two hours because it was a terrible property.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here, enjoying a stunning view of the river and mountains; the staff were very hospitable and the food by the chef was delicious—overall it was a worthwhile experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort; the suite was excellent with a superb balcony overlooking the river and mountains, the food was delicious, and the entire experience was fantastic. Our kid loved the place, especially the cycling and other fun activities—perfect getaway surrounded by nature, great hospitality, amazing views, and something for everyone. We’d definitely love to visit again!
